Intervista a Alessandro Casinelli, Presidente di Federlazio Salute, di Costantino Coros dell’Avvenire sull’aggiornamento del Nomenclatore Tariffario della Specialistica Ambulatoriale (visite, esami del sangue, TAC, risonanze magnetiche, ecc… ).
Il Presidente Casinelli sottolinea che, per alcune prestazioni, verrà effettuato un rimborso che non andrà a coprire neppure la spesa effettiva della prestazione stessa.
Con questo tariffario, secondo una stima, andrebbero persi circa 36.000 posti di lavoro tra cui oltre 1000 medici. Le conseguenze saranno disastrose con liste di attesa sempre più lunghe: per alcune prestazioni ci sono casi di prenotazioni per il 2025.
Casinelli ritiene che sia necessario che venga subito sospesa la pubblicazione del tariffario e, contemporaneamente, che lo stesso venga rivisto in una logica orientata all’efficienza sanitaria; ritiene inoltre che si debbano assegnare le risorse finanziarie delle prestazioni erogate “Fuori Regione” alle strutture sanitarie convenzionate all’interno delle stesse regioni, affinché i cittadini non debbano affrontare viaggi (mobilità passiva) per vedersi erogare le prestazioni sanitarie.
