Ministero del Lavoro: disabili – modifica dell’esonero per mansioni a rischio elevato

Il Ministero del Lavoro, di concerto con il Ministero dell’Economia e delle Finanze, ha emanato il Decreto dell’11 giugno 2024, con il quale, ai sensi dell’articolo 5, comma 2, del decreto legislativo n. 151 del 24 settembre 2015, ha modificato le modalità di versamento dell’autocertificazione dell’esonero dall’obbligo degli addetti impegnati in lavorazioni che comportano il pagamento di un tasso di premio Inail pari o superiore al 60 per mille.
Ai fini della fruizione dell’esonero, i datori di lavoro privati e gli enti pubblici economici che occupano addetti impegnati in lavorazioni a rischio elevato sono tenuti a presentare, entro 60 giorni dall’insorgenza dell’obbligo di assunzione di lavoratori con disabilità, apposita autocertificazione, esclusivamente in via telematica per il tramite della banca dati del collocamento mirato, mediante la compilazione dell’apposito format sul portale “Servizi lavoro” del Ministero del Lavoro, disponibile all’indirizzo servizi.lavoro.gov.it, cui si accede tramite SPID/CIE.
