L’INPS, con il messaggio n. 1935 del 18 giugno 2025 comunica che, in base alle interazioni tra la Commissione Europea ed il il Ministero del Lavoro, la legittima fruizione dell’esonero contributivo, di cui al comma 1 dell’articolo 22 del cd. Decreto Coesione (bonus giovani), per le assunzioni/trasformazioni effettuate a decorrere dal 1° luglio 2025, è subordinata al rispetto del requisito dell’incremento netto dell’occupazione.
